Broadcasts may include but are not limited to TNT, NBA TV/League Pass, ESPN, ABC, local highlights/recap reels and applicable streaming partners. Editors typically seek high-energy tracks across various genres, new and old releases are accepted. Music may be used during the games, on highlight reels, pre/post game bumps, intro and outro clips, game trailers, and various game-related segments across all Basketball-based outlets both domestic and international.
Coverage and Highlight reels historically feature unique, high-energy music to enhance the commentary and visual action of game recaps. 4535 Music staff will be pitching music all through the regular season, as well as the playoffs and finals.
SUBMISSION PROCESS:
Songs submitted will all be reviewed thoroughly by 4535 Music. All tracks that match the submission criteria will then be passed along to the television network producers for consideration into their broadcasts. If selected by the producers, 4535 Music will then provide the usage agreements and contact information from the producer directly to the artist to complete the process. In some cases, the clearance dept. will contact artists directly via contact information found on P.R.O. registrations. Staff supplies network execs with additional emails provided during the submission process.

4535 Music has resumed pitching tracks to a production company currently working on multiple Netflix projects. Top tracks will be considered for usage in client's Netflix productions as well as other projects within their control (TV/Film/Commercial). Music directors/catalog managers are reviewing tracks from independent artists/publishers and composers who have commercial-ready music for the following scenarios and moods (may include period pieces):
- Outdoor Adventure/Action (All Applicable Genres)
- Suspense/Tension (All Applicable Genres)
- Party Scenes (EDM/Dance/Pop/Urban/Rap)

Songs submitted will all be reviewed thoroughly by 4535 Music. All tracks that match the submission criteria will then be passed along to Music Supervisor/Production company decision makers for consideration. If selected by the company, 4535 Music will then provide contact information to complete the process directly with the production team.

4535 Music is pitching select tracks for inclusion on high visibility Spotify playlists. Music will be pitched based on genre, tempo, and mood to determine playlist applicability per song. Music selected for inclusion will earn royalties per play as compensated by Spotify's current royalty rates.

Neither 4535 Music nor any affiliates, curators or music promoters are responsible for royalty reporting or plays. Spotify is solely responsible for their compliance with collection society and distribution rules and regulations. International artists are covered by reciprocating overseas entities.

All artist contact information will be submitted along with their Spotify streaming link. Artists will be compensated directly from Spotify/CMO's based on rotation/usage and via all collection societies with whom they are involved (US and International).

Each venue/corporation utilizing music publicly is responsible for their compliance with collection society rules and regulations. International artists are covered by reciprocating overseas entities.

All artist contact information will be submitted along with their streaming link. If selected by applicable Radio staff and library managers, you will be reached directly from the network or they will ask staff to present artist usage agreements with further instructions. Artists will be compensated directly from the venues based on rotation/usage and via all collection societies with whom they are involved (US and International).
